Accessibility statement

The hotel management and staff bring to great importance to the issue of accessibility for all its guests, ensuring the creation of diverse solutions to facilitate guests’ enjoyment of their vacation and to provide them with equal, respectful, accessible, and professional service. Substantial efforts and resources are invested in making the necessary accessibility adjustments so that individuals with disabilities can receive the services provided to all customers independently and equitably. The hotel management and staff will be happy to assist as needed.

Below are the details of the existing accessibility arrangements at the hotel:

Accessible Parking:
There are two private parking spaces at the front of the hotel via a flat sidewalk without stairs, approximately 3 meters from the hotel entrance. Please inform the reservations department when making a booking so that we can reserve in advance.

Reception Desk:
There is an induction loop for guests with hearing impairments at the reception desk. There is also a lowered desk at the reception, and upon request, guests can be provided with a folder for signing documents either at the reception desk or in the room.

Accessible Room in the Hotel:
Room 102 is the accessible room in the hotel. The room has step-free access, with a 90 cm wide entrance door. The room is spacious, allowing comfortable access to a 200/200 bed, a spacious wardrobe, a balcony, and an accessible bathroom with handrails for the toilet and shower. The bathroom door width is 80 cm.

Public Spaces:
There is an accessible pathway leading to the dining room, lobby, treatment room, and rear garden. Additionally, there is an accessible garden at the front of the hotel.

Access to the hotel elevator is via 5 steps (the accessible room on the entrance floor does not require the use of the elevator). The elevator is 110*115 in size, with braille buttons.

Additional Services:
Upon request, beds can be separated and furniture can be moved in the accessible room.
Assistance and guidance are available for visually impaired guests.
Service animals (including guide dogs) are allowed with appropriate documentation before check-in, subject to legal regulations.

Accessible Customer Service:
Staff training for accessible service includes raising awareness among employees and providing practical tools for delivering accessible service.
